Saurabh Tripathi

Saurabh Tripathi is the leader for the Financial Institutions Practice of BCG globally. Prior to this he led the practice in Asia Pacific. Over 25 years of professional career, Saurabh has supported financial institutions in digital and AI based transformative programs as advisor and as a program manager. He also supports development financial institutions, fintech companies, and policy bodies in developing and implementing strategies for disruptive innovation and deepening of financial development . Saurabh’s two daughters (10 and 13) and wife, who is a banker, stay with him in Mumbai while he travels extensively across the world engaging with financial institutions, technology companies, and regulators, picking up best practices and transferable learnings. Saurabh leads BCG research on Future of Finance. He is Chairman of FICCI National Committee of Fintech and Digital Assets. He holds a B Tech in electronics and an MBA in technology aided management. He is also an armchair meta physicist, dilettante nutritionist, trainee meditator and a friendly gym instructor.
