Erika Najarian was most recently a Managing Director and the Sector Head for Financial Institutions Equity Research at Bank of America. She had direct responsibility for covering the US Large-Cap Banks since joining Bank of America in October 2010. She was ranked in her category as a Runner Up in the Institutional Investor All-America Research poll in 2020. Before this role, she worked as a senior analyst at UBS, heading coverage of Mid- and Small-Cap US Banks. Prior to joining UBS, she was a member of the US Banks team at BofA Merrill Lynch Global Research where she led coverage of Small-Cap Banks for five years. Erika began her career as part of FTN Financial’s FIG investment banking team. She is currently a Young Global Leader for the World Economic Forum, and she is a member of the Economic Club of New York.
In her spare time, Erika is a devoted tennis player, and managed to win her club’s women’s and mixed doubles championships during her garden leave. She enjoys gourmet cooking, solving wine pairing challenges, and fruitlessly rooting for her home team, the Washington Football Team.
