Elaine Goldenberg
Elaine Goldenberg, a partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson in Washington, DC, focuses her practice on Supreme Court and appellate work and represents a spectrum of clients in high-stakes appellate litigation across the country. She has argued 12 cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and numerous cases in the federal and state appellate courts. Before joining Munger, Tolles & Olson, she served for five years as an attorney in the Solicitor General’s Office at the U.S. Department of Justice, representing the United States in the Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and a recipient of the DOJ’s John Marshall Award for Outstanding Legal Achievement for Handling of Appeals.
